LAYOUT:
Through the entrance on the Bosrankstraat you enter the high-rise part of "Docklands". The third floor can be reached by elevator or stairs.

You enter the apartment through the hallway and then enter the spacious living room with both sitting and dining areas. The living room is wonderfully light with a facade-wide glass sliding door that gives access to the balcony (11 m2). The luxurious modern open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, recirculation extractor hood, a double combi oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (all Siemens) plus a Quooker water tap.
The balcony is located on the southeast and has a nice view. The balcony can be closed with sliding glass panels, so you are sheltered and can still sit outside on cooler days.

The access to the bedroom is now used as a dressing room, but with a few adjustments, this room can be converted into a fully-fledged second bedroom (see option map). The bedroom is spacious and light and has an en suite bathroom, with bath, walk-in shower and washbasin furniture with built-in cranes. DURABILITY:
The L-shaped complex was designed by Architect Marcel Lok and has been developed by Vink Bouw. It was the winning design of a Sustainability tender Buiksloterham, whereby the projects were rated according their energy performance by the city of Amsterdam. A very sustainable residential building with a pleasant scale containing 44 apartments, 13 work units and a parking garage with communal roof gardens. This building uses heat generation and cooling via heat sources (CHO installation) and electricity generation via solar panels and solar collectors. This results in very low monthly energy costs, also due to the use of high-quality insulated windows and walls.

Owners Association 'Docklands' is a healthy and professionally managed owners association by Stedeplan.
