LAYOUT:
Through the entrance on Bosrankstraat you enter the high-rise part of "Docklands". Take the elevator or the stairs to the seventh floor.

The L-shaped complex was designed by Marcel Lok Architect and developed by Vink Bouw. The design was the winning entry in a BSH sustainability tender, in which the municipality selected on the basis of energy performance. The very sustainable residential building with a pleasant scale has only 44 apartments, 13 work units and a parking garage with a communal roof garden and entrances to various apartments on top. This building uses heat generation and cooling via heat sources (ATES installation) and electricity generation via solar panels and solar collectors. This ensures very low monthly energy costs, partly due to the use of high-quality insulated windows and walls.
OWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Owners' Association 'Docklands' is a healthy and professionally managed VVE by Stedeplan VVE Beheer.
