Allocation standard
To be eligible for this rental, you must meet the allocation standards set by the landlord
These allocation standards are as follows: You are only eligible for an apartment if you meet the (income) standards below.
Income standards
A. Sole earner You must receive at least 3 x the basic rent gross per month in income.
B. Married couples and cohabitants The main earner must receive a minimum of 3 x the basic rent gross per month, the income of your partner may be included for 50%.
C. Equity To perhaps better meet the income standards, it is allowed to add 10% of your equity to your gross annual income. We would, however, like to receive proof of your own assets.
D. Retirees pay less income tax. Your registration will therefore be processed separately.
E. Your income is just too little? Your registration will be processed separately. If necessary, we will require a deposit or bank guarantee of at least 3 months
